He is currently a Principal Consultant at Improving here in Houston and a frequent guest lecturer in Rice’s BUSI 222 & MGMT 732. In this session, Wade will share the “Product Thinking” aspects you’ll need in place on your way to launching a Minimal Viable Product (MVP). Topics will include Framing the problem statement, considering product personas, forming a product vision and strategy, ideation, identifying an MVP, building a product roadmap, and starting a product backlog.
